Oslo, Norway – 04 September 2025 – Bulk Infrastructure (Bulk) is reinforcing its scale-up journey with two key leadership appointments, adding international expertise and proven leadership capacity to support continued growth in digital infrastructure.
Bulk is already operating at scale as a leading Nordic platform, with three live sites, dozens of MW operated in three locations, more than 130 customers, and gigawatt scale to be developed. The company has built a large delivery organization approaching 200 people with Bulk and our operating partners, and in the past 12 months alone has added around 50 new colleagues to meet accelerating customer demand.
Many of Bulk’s new hires bring direct data center expertise, while others strengthen the company with world-class competence from other industries. Recent senior appointments include leaders with backgrounds in automotive, offshore wind and complex infrastructure, power generation and transmission, and power and battery infrastructure.
Björn Mösko has now joined as Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing Bulk’s operations and workforce. He brings extensive global experience from Volvo Cars, where he led large-scale transformations and performance initiatives. Renate Lystad has joined as General Counsel, strengthening Bulk’s legal, compliance, and strategic decision-making capacity. She brings senior experience from Havfram and Höegh Autoliners, including IPOs, M&A, and sustainability.
“These appointments underline Bulk’s ability to attract top talent and scale our organization to meet customer needs,” said Jon Gravråk, CEO Bulk Infrastructure. “With a stronger leadership team and a growing platform, we are well positioned to deliver on our long-term ambitions in digital infrastructure.”
