Bulk Infrastructure Holding AS


Bulk Infrastructure Holding AS is a private limited company. The company’s shares are registered at Euronext VPS in Oslo, Norway. In connection with the Group restructuring in 2020, Bulk Infrastructure Holding AS, former Bulk Infrastructure AS, was established as a holding company of Bulk Infrastructure Group AS.

The merge was implemented from 1. January 2020 with full continuity for tax purposes and from an accounting perspective as of 1 January 2020.

Bulk Infrastructure Group AS

Bulk Infrastructure Group AS is a subsidiary of Bulk Infrastructure Holding AS, and is the parent company of Bulk Industrial Real Estate AS, Bulk Data Centers AS and Bulk Fiber Networks AS.
 

In connection with the Group restructuring in 2020, historical financial reports for Bulk Infrastructure AS from 2016 to 2019 are used for Bulk Infrastructure Group.

Bulk Infrastructure Group AS has two senior unsecured bond issues listed at Oslo Børs with BISG02 ESG ISIN NO0012701269 and BISG03 ESG ISIN NO0013013219.

Green Bond


Bulk Infrastructure Group AS has issued two green bonds, where the use of proceeds are in accordance with the Company's green bond framework.


Bulk aims to support the shift towards a low carbon economy. The purpose of our Green Finance Framework is to align our sustainability ambitions with the company's financing solution. The framework is based on the 2021 version of Green Bond Principles published by the International Capital Markets Association.


The net proceeds of the Green Finance instruments issued and obtained by Bulk will be used to finance or re-finance, in whole or in part, eligible projects that have been evaluated and selected by Bulk in accordance with our Green Finance Framework. Refinancing of eligible projects will have a look-back period of no longer than three 3 years from the time
of issuance.
