Bulk Infrastructure Group's Code of Conduct:

Acting in accordance with national, regional and international laws and regulations is a prerequisite for all Bulk activities. And our company Code of Conduct and ESG commitment extends further than simple compliance. We wish to be a driver for positive corporate culture and business conduct.

In our Code of Conduct we identify and explain guidelines and internationally recognised ESG-frameworks, QHSE-standards, fair competition and whistleblowing policies, and more.

Business at Bulk Infrastructure will be conducted in a way that makes one proud to be an employee, partner, supplier and/or client of Bulk; in a way that protects both people and the planet.

The Norwegian Transparency Act:

The Norwegian Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven) came into effect July 1st, 2022. The act applies to larger enterprises that are resident in Norway, and that offer goods and services in or outside of Norway.

The Transparency Act shall promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and provision of services. It shall also ensure that the general public have access to information about how businesses deal with negative consequences for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

Bulk’s Data Privacy Policy

Personal data is information that can be linked to you as a person. It can be your name and contact information, but also other information that can be linked to you more indirectly. In this privacy policy you can read about which personal data Bulk is responsible for processing.
