Lillestrøm's new business park
Already 20 years ago Ausenfjell was allocated to business/acquisition in the municipality plan of the previous Sørum municipality. The start of the regulatory work took place in 2015, but has been time consuming.
In October 2023 the Ausenfjell-project reached a significant milestone. The muncipality board of Lillestrøm approved the regulation for upgrading Tretjerndalsveien, and with this approval we can now start planning to begin Bulk Park Lillestrøm in 2024!
We will be welcoming the first tenants at the centrally location in Lillestrøm in 2026!

About Ausenfjell
At Ausenfjell there is already an existing industrial park and Statkraft power plant. Bulk Park Ausenfjell will be built between the industrial park and the power plant. Along with the park itself, our development of the area includes improving the access road Tretjerndalsveien along.
Some neighbours have over a longer period of time expressed concern of the traffic noise and safety of Tretjerndalsveien. With the extensive infrastructure upgrades along Tretjerndalsveien, we will achieve noise reduction, as well as a safer road for pedestrians and cyclists on their way to school- and leisure activities.
