Stuart Dyer, CBRE As First Vice President in CBRE’s Data Center Solutions Group, Stuart focuses on the full life cycle of data center real estate services, helping clients navigate colocation and land acquisition sourcing and purchasing. Currently, focusing on the AI vertical, helping both end users and landlords prepare for the next wave of AI driven computing. Stuart joined CBRE from IBM, where he led Global Data Center Strategy, overseeing all data center transactions worldwide.

Kristian Kofoed-Solheim, Bulk Based in Norway but from Denmark originally, Kristian Kofoed-Solheim is the Nordic Business Development Director at Bulk Data Centers, dedicated to expanding Bulk’s data center clientele across the Nordic and DACH regions and fostering partnerships with solution providers. With over a decade of experience in both the telecoms and data centers sectors, Kristian is committed to bridging the gap between these industries.

Charles Thomas, EXA Infrastructure Charlie is VP Sales Engineering and leads EXA Infrastructure’s global Solutions Engineering team. Prior to EXA Charlie, had key engineering roles at Shell Offshore and Ericsson where he was responsible for the design and sale of large, complex projects. Charlie has nearly 30 years’ experience in the Telecoms industry with in-depth knowledge of a wide range of communications technologies. After serving in the United States Air Force, Charlie spent much of his career at Hibernia Networks where he stood up the first solutions engineering team and was integral in the development of Hibernia’s offerings.

Gil Santaliz, NJFX Gil Santaliz is the founder and CEO of NJFX, North America’s first preeminent Carrier- Neutral Colocation and Cable Landing Station Campus located in New Jersey. Santaliz developed the concept of “Tier 3 by the Subsea”, a purpose-built facility for high and low-density data center,as well as, colocation of subsea systems interconnecting global backbone networks to unique metro fiber assets providing secure, diverse and unique backhaul options.

Michael Watson, Supermicro As Senior Director of Field Application Engineering, Michael leads the Engineering and Solutions Enablement teams at Supermicro, responsible for deploying optimized solutions for enterprise, edge, and cloud GPU infrastructure providers focused on Machine Learning, AI training and inference applications. Michael is a frequent speaker at industry events, leads strategic partnerships, technology roadmap discussions and is passionate about the role of AI in home automation. He has held senior roles at Hewlett Packard, Intel, Broadcom, and Marvell Technology.
